Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Our Response to Counter-Notices
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement, we may restore the material at our discretion after 10 but no later than 14 business days from receiving the counter-notice, as per DMCA guidelines.
Repeat Infringers
ShoeRepair reserves the right to terminate access to our website for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
