We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at contact@shoesrepair.store to discuss availability and options.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order, your location, and the selected shipping method. Rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 – $12.99 (based on order weight and distance)
- Expedited Shipping: $15.99 – $25.99 (varies by location)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 (U.S. addresses only, exclusions may apply).
3. Processing Time
- Retail Products: Orders for in-stock shoes and accessories are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Repaired Items: Items sent to us for repair will be shipped back to you within 3-5 business days after the repair is completed, depending on the complexity of the service.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
4. Delivery Time
Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times vary by method:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
Note: Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control. We’ll provide a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
